  • All purchases made via online enquiries (apart from commissioned works, made-to-order pieces or works in the current exhibition) come with our no-questions-asked 30-day Right of Return. We realise that the purchase of an artwork is a leap of faith at any time but especially when you haven’t actually seen the piece in three dimensions! Our right of return policy is there so that you can feel secure about your purchase.

  • Our Privacy Policy protects you when you visit our site – we guarantee your information is safe with us. we will never sell client lists to other companies, ‘spam’ our newsletter recipients or reveal information about our customers to any other party. We value your visits and custom – we will never jeopardise our relationship by violating your trust in us.

  • Works displayed on this site are subject to Copyright rules. Works may not be reproduced in any form (other than information storage directly associated with viewing this website on internet browser software) without prior written consent of the copyright holder, which is in most cases the executing artist. All parts of the Sanderson website are copyright to Sanderson Contemporary Art and may not be reproduced without the prior written consent of the Directors.

  • Purchases made via online enquiries are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read these carefully when completing your purchase as this document lets you know of your rights and obligations.

Right of Return

The policy is simple – if you don’t love your art work, for whatever reason, send your purchase back to us within 30 days for a full refund. During those 30 days, you can hang the piece on your wall, view it in your home environment and see how it makes you feel to look at it every day. If you love it, great! If you don’t then it’s not right for you and you can return it for a refund of the full purchase price!

All we ask is that you notify us that you are returning the work (so that we can put insurance in place for transit) and that the work is returned in good condition. When we receive the returned items we will then credit your account with a full refund, excluding freight charges payable. This policy does not apply to made, order or commissioned pieces or pieces in the current exhibition – you will be notified if the returns policy does not apply to your purchase

Returns or claims for damaged goods are treated differently and Sanderson should be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please note that any damage or faults in the artwork should be noted prior to signing the delivery docket, or any claims will be rendered invalid (this is where our insurance policy ends its coverage). Your signature is taken as proof that you have received the work in good condition. Therefore, please ensure you check the work has arrived intact before you sign for the piece.
